After catastrophic engine trouble, our intrepid pilot is forced to crash land his Spitfire, sliding it through a river, hitting a boulder and ending up in the bank. After unsuccessfully trying to fix the radio to call for help, our man hitches up his britches and sets off to the inevitable derision of his mates. We're calling this one "A Long Walk Home".
