A complete suspension kit will ensure that all upgraded suspension components will work together – properly – as a package. It will also make for an easier install as the front struts and springs come pre-assembled, so no need for a spring compressor. All together, this Ford Racing Assembled Handling Pack will completely transform the way your S197 Mustang looks and handles - better cornering with less body roll, decreased acceleration squat and a more even body position when braking hard are all positive traits that this kit brings forth. Complete Suspension Upgrade.This Ford Racing Kit will significantly improve the handling performance of your 2005-2014 V8 Pony, as it includes the most important upgrade components: front and rear shocks and struts, a set of Ford Racing's lower springs, front and rear sway bars with bushings, an adjustable panhard bar, and front suspension mount upgrades as well. The progressive spring design will provide an even 1” drop across all four corners, lowering the centre of gravity and providing an aggressive stance. The front sway bar (34mm diameter) and rear sway bar (22mm diameter) are a solid steel construction, which is a significant upgrade over the factory bars. The panhard bar is made from chrome-moly steel tubing and is also on-car adjustable. In-depth Installation. The installation of this Assembled Handling kit is straightforward, though it will take approximately 6 hours to complete. With the preassembled struts, you won’t need a spring compressor but you will need an assortment of sockets and wrenches, and a lift is suggested as well. You will also need to go for an alignment once the project is complete.
