The Quickest VW Split Screen Drag Race In The World - 11.7 v 12.0
2015 VW Action - GTI Festival at Santa Pod Raceway. Phil Jarvis in his Split Screen Fire Bus which runs a 2387cc 280bhp+ engine with 150bhp shot of nitrous and Andy Morgan in his Bugs VW Sponsored Split Screen Panel Van which runs a 600bhp+ 2986cc Turbo Charged engine. After a good days racing each, they finally met for one side by side race, which produced the quickest VW Campervan Drag Race ever, with Phil winning with a time of 11.70 @ 112mph v 12.08 @ 114mph. Both buses managed quicker times on the day. Phil running an 11.62 and Andy running an 11.84, making them (as far as I know) the 3rd and 4th fastest VW Split Screens in the world.
