Make a bottom in the flour and pour in eggs. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and then, dough up. You may add some water, just one or two tablespoons. Try to beat up your dough it will be thick but elastic. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. Divide the dough on few parts and flatten the dough very thinly on 1-1,5 mm. I have cut out a carton pattern of required size and you cut out sheets of shape in which you are going to cook your lasagna. I got 25 sheets, sized 25x10 cm of the dough. Lay out the sheets on the paper towel or on the cutting board. Leave it to dry up and then, turn it on another side. You may prepare such sheets in advance. That’s very easy and quick.
