Charlotte Atkins (30s) is the mayor of Snow Falls, a charming town nestled into the Rocky Mountains. When Governor Tufts (60s) announces his plan to tear down the town square and build a luxury hotel, Charlotte must find a way to change his mind before it’s too late. Meanwhile, Charlotte’s son Benny (10) learns in school about The Christmas Train Parade, a long-dormant tradition that once brought the neighbouring towns together for a tree-lighting ceremony in Snow Falls. When Benny asks his mother if they could ever revive the tradition, Charlotte formulates a plan to save her town. She enlists the help of her son’s handsome but mysterious history teacher, Mr. G (30s) in her mission to save the Town Square. They travel by train to three neighbouring towns hoping to convince Mayor Spitz (40s), Mayor Healy (17), and Mayor Gregory (60s) to join their cause.
