Part of this song is diagetic- meaning the story characters can also hear it. The Echo is singing an old Riis song to us. This version is longer than the one heard in the Act 1 Key Fieldwork mission, but it isn't the full thing. Unfortunately they didn't implement the whole track in-game, but you can hear the full thing in the Act 2 cutscene music.
