Olivia sees Richard and Cassie sneaking out of the Bauer barbecue to enjoy their reunion and corners them asking about where the Harbor Project stands. Richard agrees that the project should continue smoothly as long as Josh steps up and becomes more involved. Richard and Cassie share a romantic evening. Meanwhile, Phillip starts to grill Harley about her condition. Phillip is furious that he was the last to find out that Harley was pregnant with his child. Harley immediately goes on the defensive exclaiming that the only way she could have told him would have been to go to San Cristobel. Frustrated with his wanting to control her, Harley leaves without telling Phillip that the baby is Rick's. Phillip then turns on Rick for not telling him that Harley was pregnant. Danny tells Tony not to go to his trial. He doesn't think that Tony will be able to control his emotions in court. Danny tries to assure Blake that this trial is not her fault and Gus would have come after him no matter what. Billy and Buzz continue to compete for Holly's affection by challenging each other to a hot pepper eating contest. Gus arrives and Danny tells him to leave the party. As he is leaving he downs some chili not realizing that he took the cup that Billy had spiked for Buzz.
