"Maybe" is a song by Thom Pace, released as a single in May 1979 and released on the album of the same name in the same year. The song was initially intended for the film When the Northwind Blows, but was used in the same year as Medley Wear the Sun in Your Heart/Maybe in the film The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams. In 1977 it became the title song of the associated television series. The single was released in May 1979 on RSO Records in Great Britain and Ireland, and in July 1979 also in the rest of Europe. On the B-side is the title Friends. Maybe reached number one in the German single charts and was placed there for nine weeks from November 19, 1979 to January 20, 1980, a total of 28 chart weeks the title was listed. In Austria it reached eighth place (14 chart weeks) and in Switzerland second place (twelve chart weeks).
