You know you’re a parent when you say something like “whoa that’s gorgeous” and you’re talking about a high chair. The Stokke Clikk is a modern-looking high chair that’s easy to clean & assemble: https://www.babylist.com/gp/stokke-cl... It comes in a variety of muted colors to help you find one that matches your home decor, and there’s even a reversible organic cotton insert that you can purchase separately for added cuteness (and support of course). The best part though is you can actually KEEP this chair cute because it’s so easy to clean. It’s designed with smooth lines and fewer crevices than most high chairs to make it harder for food to get stuck in all the hard-to-reach places. Here’s how it held up to fruit purees. Cereal. And my personal favorite: spaghetti. The tray is dishwasher safe, the harness is removable and machine washable, as is the seat insert accessory. As for assembly, you literally take it out of the box and “clikk” the pieces together. No tools are needed, and it takes less than a minute. To travel with the Clikk or store it away, there’s no quick way to fold it, however, breaking it down was just as easy as putting it together. With similar lightweight chairs, like the popular one from IKEA, once you click it together, it’s pretty much stuck for life. There are also only 8 pieces here — none of which are super small and easy to lose, thank goodness. And if you’d like, you can purchase a travel bag separately to stow or tow it all away. You can use this high chair from the time baby can sit up around 6 months about 3 years. To get them in and out of the chair, the tray removal does require 2 hands — but not a hip and a knee like some chairs I’ve tried. The 5-point harness keeps them secure when they’re smaller, and you can remove it as they start to sit up to the table with you. There’s also a footrest you can adjust to 2 positions for ergonomic back and leg support as they grow — an important feature some chairs skip! As for how it compares in price to other high chairs with similar style & features, the Stokke Clikk is pretty on par. None of these chairs can support newborns, each of them lasts through toddlerhood, and there’s only a slight difference in dimensions. Where the Clikk really takes the cake in this line-up is the actual product weight and portability. That one-minute, no tool assembly can make any caretaker feel like a pro around feeding time.
