This is the twenty-fourth mission of the Sol: A History campaign for the Freespace Port. It is 2357, and the Earth Alliance is in an uneasy standoff with the Jovian Coalition. We portray a pilot of the EA's First Fleet, on temporary transfer to Special Operations Command. Our assignment is to destabilize the outer colonies. After the assassination of their diplomat in an apparent Plutonian ambush, the Uranian Union has had enough and is launching an attack to destroy the Independent Plutonian Peoples. Our plan requires that they not succeed too rapidly, so we are to once again take old GTA fightercraft and pretend to be Plutonian pilots. One of our spies has placed jamming devices in their cargo container yard which will mask our jump signatures. We must ensure that the Plutonian cruiser, the Styx, survives the engagement.
