Long before Plato, Aristotle or Socrates; Solon stepped onto the scene with a radical vision for debt cancellation, democratic reconciliation and law and order for the city of Athens. At Solon's core however, is the story of a man who recognized how to own nothing and still be happy. What we need is a definition of what he meant, and how you or I will impact the world when we recognize the value of the virtue of moderation.
