Angharad roped me into pressing the continuous button and I did! As a student nurse, I’ve seen grown men make light heart of their mental health because they don’t want to be seen as weak. Then having others say they have no one to support them. In 2022 it’s just not good enough for men to think talking about their mental health makes them look weak! I’ve been aware of Andy’s Man Club for a while and the work that they do! To be able to do this challenge to raise money for them and raise awareness for what they do is exactly what I want from this challenge.
