Hi All! I love the way this vintage gal turned out. She went through a few phases that looked crazy, but which were vital to the end result I was after! Please watch to the very end to see the still shots and panned image. MATERIALS: CANVAS: 7x10 90lb watercolor paper (Artist's Loft) ACRYLICS: DecoArt Buttermilk, DecoArt Coral Blush, FolkArt Alfalfa, FolkArt Olive Green, FolkArt Vintage White, Diluted White (in a precision bottle for eye shine) DIY ACRYLIC INK: Burnt Umber and Black (separately): 50/50 Acrylic and Alcohol. Once blended, add some glycerin (not too much or it will become sticky) PASTELS: Arrtx Bright Coral Soft Pastel Half Stick; Jane Davenport Palette Pastels (Birthday Suite and Lit Up), PanPastels: Cream, Marigold, Medium & Dark Browns, Black; Conte A Paris White Patel Pencil; PENS: Arteza Black Gel Pen , Arteza Black Real Brush Pen, Jane Davenport Finishing Line pens PENCILs: Uni Kura Toga Mechanical Pencil (for .07mm Lead), No. 2 Pencil, Crayola and Artist Loft Brown Pencils and Sand MARKERS: Black Sharpie COLLAGE: Artist Studio Pink Flower With Green Leaves PAPERS: Tissue Paper, Old Book Paper, Crumpled Copy Paper TOOLS: Large Blending Stump aka Magic Tool / Wand!, Soft acrylic brushes and water brushes OTHER: Clear Gesso (dried gritty to create an ideal surface for pastels!); Degas Spectafix fixative spray (I covered her face to avoid activating the gel pen). Dried before adding a second coat. In the past I added too much too soon and it saturated the art and the pastel disappeared. It is a very wet product, so it needs to be used sparingly from a distance to create a mist. Thank you for watching! Enjoy! Please Like, Share & Subscribe to see more and support my channel!
