Today we are running to Walmart, baking and decorating cookies, and just have some chill time. Trying to grab a few last minute things.Life is short so we all should enjoy it. I hope as you watch these vlogs, you can take some time to relax. You deserve some time to woosah. I want to show you that recovery is possible. My sobriety date is 3/18/16. We can enjoy and be grateful for even the little things in life. Our past doesn't define us, and it's okay to talk about it. Do what you need to do to help you heal. You never know who's heart you'll touch or who you'll help. We are not alone with the dark stuff we've been through and with the things we still go through in recovery.
