In this tutorial I demonstrate how to create these delicious and pretty looking macaron pops! Recipe and details are down below. For more dessert inspiration and for tutorial sneak peeks, visit: / rosiesdesser. . / rosiesdessert. . / rosiesds http://www.rosiesdessertspot.com / rosiesds MACARON RECIPE: 130 grams egg white (about 4 eggs) pinch of salt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 tablespoons caster sugar 230 grams icing sugar 115 grams almond meal Colours of your choice in gel or powder form for best results (I used regal purple, turquoise and soft pink in the Americolour gel food colour range) TO BAKE THE MACARONS: For the mini macarons (2cm in size) I bake mine at 110 degrees Celsius with the fan on for approximately 12 to 14 minutes. I rotate them at the 7 minute mark. For the 2.5cm size macarons I bake mine at 120 degrees Celsius with the fan on for 16 minutes and rotate them at the 8 minute mark for the 3cm macarons I bake them at 130 degrees Celcius with the fan on for 18 to 20 minutes. These take a little bit longer. Rotate them at the 9 minute mark. If your oven doesn't have a fan, just add 10 degrees Celcius to the temperature. So if with the fan on you bake them at 130 degrees, you would have to bake them at 140 degrees without the fan on.
