The kids can take part in various scheduled events; some will coincide with adult classes & workshops or lectures, so that everyone can participate. Paddle boarding is a wonderful way to break of the day on dry land and get cooled off. A yoga class can be an adventure all in itself, but not at Rasa-Lila Fest, tons to do all day and night. Shop along the wellness trail featuring local art and jewelry our talented vendors. No rushing around to yoga class, there will be all styles and levels of yoga being taught all day long.
