The main ingredients are just pork and rice, making it a very simple dish that can be prepared in just 10 minutes, yet it's incredibly delicious. This is a wonderful Japanese dish, so be sure to give it a try! ◎Butadon Ingredients: ・200g thinly sliced pork belly (choose pork with a lot of fat) ・5g seaweed ( Nori ) ・2 cloves garlic ・2 tablespoons sake ・2 tablespoons soy sauce ・2 tablespoons mirin ・1 teaspoon sugar ・Rice (for serving) ※When you don't have mirin, please refer to this video.
