Is (model era) Thomas really that creepy? (and why do people think it is?)

(I’m hoping this video makes somewhat sense and doesn’t seem too awkward lmao💀) So, for the longest time, it has been shared and said far and wide on the internet by some of the general public that Thomas (specifically the model era) is a weird show with “bizzare and creepy” trains with faces and the ones who share this statement often say they don’t see how something like this could appeal to people, both kids and adults alike. Well I’m here to talk about my thoughts (as well as facts) on why the show is so beloved despite it being seen this way and to bring a little justice to the show being put in this whole “creepy” category by these people, because of course, as we are well aware, the show is not intended to look jarring one bit. *Note: Now, this vid doesn’t go towards fans who sometimes joke and say the show looks a bit weird and creepy sometimes because I can also agree it does (this video doesn’t go towards any fan of the show, really), but it instead talks about non-fans (or “normies”) who make the popular subculture of Thomas being a scary show and try to include it in “scary kid show/kid show scary creepypasta” culture, and it also talks about how some specific kid audiences found Thomas odd when the show was released in the U.S. So, just want to make that quick note.
