Build muscle and strength with this Ultimate 30 Min upper body dumbbell workout from home using the Staple set format With a staple set dumbbell workout we have an exercise that we keep returning to between each other exercises. This exercise also tends to be our bigger/heavier lifter. So we will do a staple exercise, followed by a lighter exercise. We then return back to the staple exercise each time It will all makes sense as we go. A fun and challenging format that I always enjoy ⏱ We will be hitting each exercise for 40 secs of work with 20 secs rest. We will also be working through each muscle group at a time, before moving onto the next. 🏋️♂️ With the dumbbells , a heavier set , moderate set and lighter set would be ideal. But just work with what you have got.
