P0A94 Toyota Prius Inverter Troubleshooting and Repair (553)

On this episode, I'm digging into my Prius inverter. I got some warning lights on the dash recently- OBDII code P0A94, subcode 553. I attempt to walk through the Toyota diagnostic tree and hopefully resolve the problem! ::UPDATE:: Just want to update based on info received in the comments. One of the tests in the diagnosis process is supposed to be an INSULATION resistance test, which is different than a regular resistance test. It requires a special tool, just like the milliohm test. So unfortunately both of those tests were outside the scope of what can be performed with a multimeter. I did perform the insulation test WRONG by just checking the resistance on a multimeter.
