While there are a fair amount of people who realize Shadow Stalker is just as trivial as old Stalker, I STILL see so many complaints about how bullshit unfair he is. While this video demonstrates me using some pretty decent weapons, they're FAR from god tier loadouts, and are (according to many of the complainers) bad at fighting Shadow Stalker due to how his resistance mechanics work. While I wish I had some of my shittier loadout fights with him recorded, they weren't much more interesting, just a bit longer. Even with his resistances, he proves little threat if you read his tells properly. I was actually super happy with how DE implemented his animation tells, as they give observant players a chance to completely avoid most of his attacks, and trivialize the few others. In this video he actually glitched out on his second tell where he seemingly stood still, hence why his laser orb took me by surprise. Almost every fight (in my experience) will begin with him launching a blast orb, followed by the laser orb, and then USUALLY, his power geyser. After that, he attempts to give chase and is largely a non-threat. Every now and then he'll stop for another special move, opening him up for another volley. Honestly, the new Stalker is FAR less deadly than his old version, he's just more persistent and durable. Overall changes that his old version desperately needed. Music : Infected Mushroom - Saeed
