I've been doing breast augmentation (breast implants) for 25 years. Women always want to know what's going to happen when I get pregnant? Will my breast change? Will I be able to breast feed? Those are excellent questions to ask and the answer is - most women have successfully breast fed after an augmentation. The other subtle things - to me, after 25 years of examining my patients who've had a breast augmentation and then several babies, I don't see a lot of sagging or drooping.
