Overall Win - 2025 IPSC Canadian Handgun Nationals

What an absolute dream come true! Thank you to all of those who have supported and encouraged me from the start, words cannot express how grateful I am to each and every one of you. When I started IPSC three years ago, I never would have guessed that I would be able to take the title of National Champion. Thank you to my awesome teammates, Avery Wong, Tom Hesse, and Don Chang, for their solid performances to bring home the Open Team Win! This has been without a doubt, the most fun I've ever had at any IPSC match. The atmosphere and energy on squad 29 (both the shooters and the BC helpers) was absolutely insane and the whole trip was full of laughs and memories. It's certainly an experience I will never forget. Seeing all my friends cheer for me makes me grateful to be surrounded by such a great crowd. Additionally, thank you to all the match officials for putting on such an amazing match! Big thank you to Avery Chow from Tiger Arms Ltd, for always believing in me and pushing me to start IPSC and shoot matches, and thank you to the boys at the shop for always covering for me. Huge thank you to my Range 5 Mountain Boys Dave L. and Jurie W. for always putting up with me and pushing me to the next level. Thank you for being such real homies on and off the range, and for being such great role models. Lastly, I am grateful to be part of the Canadian Open Team for this year's World Shoot in South Africa. I still have a lot of learning to do, and being able to shoot with our Nation's finest on the world stage is a very amazing opportunity. I can't wait to see what Cory L., Remi D., Francis B., and I can achieve in September. Let's bring home some hardware boys!
