Imani Perry is a black Princeton University professor of African American studies. She was pulled over for speeding and then arrested for a 2 year old parking ticket she never paid. A warrant for her arrest had been issued and her driver's license had been suspended. She claims she was mistreated by police and targeted because of her race.
