Ingredients: FOR SHALLOW FRY VEGETABLES Oil as shown Potatoes, carrots, beans, green peas and gobi as per quantity Shallow fry and remove to keep in plate FOR VEGETABLE MASALA Desi ghee 2 tbsp Chopped onions as shown Small amt salt to cook onion When onions are golden brown, add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp green chili paste 2 chopped tomatoes Small amt salt to cook tomatoes 3/4th tsp turmeric Chili powder 2 tsp 2 tsp almost kashmiri chili powder Small amt desi ghee Curd almost 200g we used 170-180g Small amt salt as per taste 4 small elaichi 2 stick cinnamon Shahi jeera small amt Add fried potatoes, carrots and beans Chopped coriander and pudina Small amt soya leaf 1 full tbsp garam masala powder Add fried gobi and green peas FOR BOILING RICE Water as required for boiling 4 small elaichi and 2 small stick cinnamom Few pieces long and small amt shahi jeera Chopped coriander and pudina Salt as shown 2 green chilies slit 2/4 Oil as shown Squeeze 2 lemons and leave it in. before adding rice, remove lemons Add half Kg basmati rice which was soaked for an hour before cooking, cook till 80% FOR DUM PROCESS Small amt desi ghee Add cooked rice Add cooked vegetables Chopped coriander and pudina Fried brown onions as shown Add rice on top Layer with fried onions Chopped coriander pudina Saffron water small amt for color Few drops food coloring and small amt desi ghee Rose water as shown Small amt garam masala powder Wrap with aluminum foil for dum Dum process is 15-20 min FAIRY DUST 🧚🏼♀️ SOUND EFFECT HD (NO COPYRIGHT)-- SOUND EFFECTS HD • FAIRY DUST 🧚🏼♀️ SOUND EFFECT HD (NO COPYR...
