For the Yharnam, Pthumerian Queen trophy you need to kill Queen Yharnam at the end of the Great Ihyll Chalice. For those unfamiliar with Chalice Dungeons, this can be a daunting task, so I turned this video into a beginner's guide for Chalice Dungeons. I found that the better one understood them the easier it was to get this trophy. This is also the last video for the base game in the Bloodborne Road to Platinum series. Gameplay recorded on PS4.
