Disclaimer: supplements are expensive. These are something that I have only been trying in the last month. I struggle to afford them so in no way am I trying to brag that I can afford supplements for my diet. I know a lot of people cannot afford them. This is a trial for me as my medication has recently stopped working and all my symptoms are back. I have severe Perianal Crohn’s disease. I was diagnosed in November 2020. Each case of Crohn’s disease is different for each IBD warrior. This means that my diet will not necessarily work for you if you have Crohn’s. This is just something that I am trying out myself as an elimination diet so I can see what are my specific trigger foods to my specific case of Crohn’s disease.
