Tucson Police / tucsonpolicedepartment This was recorded at the Tucson City Attorney/ City prosecutors office on Friday July 11th 2025. Alan Merritt, the deputy city attorney called security on us for recording our business in the office, that business being getting discovery for a criminal case for recording the police. Security came in the form of an off duty police officer wearing his full police uniform, Benjamin Winegrad. He made threats to illegally put his hands on people including Patrick who was trying to get disovery for his case, and myself. He stated that the reason he would attack me is because I was recording, and demanded that I either leave the building, or be attacked aka arrested. He then called on duty police to back him up.
