Peritoneal Lesion || Neoplastic || Carcinoma || Bone Metastasis II Retroperitoneal sarcoma II Malignant teratoma - CECT WHOLE ABDOMEN Patient history: Abdomen Swelling 35 Yrs. Abdominal Pain. Post Operative case. In this video CT study reveals ✓A large heterogeneously enhancing septated solid cystic mass lesion measuring approx 210x257 mm occupying mid lower peritoneal cavity likely Neoplastic ? Malignant teratoma / exophytic left renal cortical mass / Retroperitoneal sarcoma. Lesion is showing large central necrotic component with multiple calcifications. Surrounding planes are maintained. Marked mass effect & displacement of bowel loops is noted. Bilateral lower ureters are compressed by the mass. Mass is partially invading lower pole of left kidney. No left renal vein thrombus is seen. Rest of left kidney is compressed by the mass & displaced laterally. Mild bilateral hydroureteronephrosis. A well defined thin walled anechoic cyst of size 25x27 mm is seen in upper pole of right kidney likely simple cyst. ✓Multifocal destructive lesions are seen in multiple dorso-lumbar bodies, left half of the sacrum & in anterior column of left acatabulum likely metastasis. Prominent soft tissue mass measuring approx 33x54 mm is seen involving L3 body & extending into left paravertebral region with partial collapse. Study: CECT: WHOLE ABDOMEN.
