I fully moved from a paper planner to a digital calendar in 2022 and I've been loving my Google Calendar. I use this in combination with my to-do list app (TickTick) and it's been very easy for me to stay organized. In this video, I show you how to set up your Google Calendar (and the main settings/features I use) in case you're also interested in migrating to digital planning. We all have different priorities and systems, but I'm always curious about other ways to plan and organize, so please feel free to share how you like to do things in the comment section below. Note: I currently work at two part-time jobs that are both virtual (I work from home) and very flexible in terms of when I do the tasks. What's currently working for me is to have a lot "white space" in my calendar, where I go through my to-do list and check things off — I often check work email and complete my work tasks, but I work on my book or creative projects (like YT videos!). Having all this white space is great for my mental health. When I look at my calendar, I don't feel overwhelmed by work even though I have lots on the go.
