No complicated cooking skills required - just one pan! 📝 Ingredients: 1 Can of Tuna 3 Eggs 1 Zest of Lemon Fresh Scallio Fresh Parsley Salt, Pepper Mozzarella cheese or a other cheese 1 Tortilla 📋 Instructions: Crack the eggs Add black pepper and salt Open the can of tuna and drain the tuna. Mash the tuna with a fork. Cut the onion and parsley into strips Add a zest of lemon And mix them with eggs and tuna Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Pour the tuna/egg mixture into the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes. place a tortilla on the pan flip it over with a plate and return it to the pan Grate the cheese.
