Armaments As a self-propelled artillery piece, the M110A2 is one big armament in and of itself. The primary and only platform is the M115 203 mm howitzer installed on a purpose-built chassis. M650 HE — This Mk 2 upgrade brings base, explosion, and module damage up a notch, though loses the blast radius (down to some 30 meters). Very capable of one-shotting most of its contemporaries. Protection & Utility Unlike most artillery units in the game, the M110A2 is really just an open-top gun platform, and thus offers very little protection even against light enemy fire. Lacking a mounted machine gun or any other seconadies, the howitzer is not designed to survive direct contact with the enemy, it requires expert positioning skills and a good sense of the map. As a rear-line unit, the M110A2 favors precision over versatility. While it outranges most other artillery pieces in the game, it takes longer to reload and to zero in on the enemy when aiming via the onboard drone.
