Tower Ridge, Ben Nevis (Full Ascent Video inc. Douglas Boulder)

May 29th 2016 - Tower Ridge (Diff.) An attempt at Douglas Boulder (V. Diff) but retreated with a traverse around the high level of the boulder when the final several meters of slabs seemed a bit too risky. Full ascent on Tower Ridge, from Douglas Gap, the chimney, along the crest of the ridge to the Great Tower, avoiding the Tower direct (V. Diff) via Eastern Traverse, up and over to Tower Gap. Footage concludes a little short of the end of the final scramble as battery ran out I think, but have documented that scramble on a separate occasion where I first found this ridge from the summit after ascending via CMD arete on the first walk up Ben Nevis. Superb weather and a great route.
