#31 - Cruising from rural Hertfordshire to East London along the Lea Navigation. A huge contrast!

The only way to get from our Marina on the River Stort is to head South, down the Lee Navigation and through London. This vlog covers the two days from Amwell nature reserve at Stanstead Abbotts (where we sat out the heat wave) through Enfield where we stayed the first night, and on to Walthamstow marshes where we luckily found a mooring. The lack of mooring space and huge numbers of boats as you approach is a real problem - and a very contentious one too with the crt and London boaters at war with each other! I discuss this at the end and urge you to look at the arguments around this issue if interested. There really is no simple solution.
