Like and Subscribe for More Videos. I had to pick Pemmican! I first herd about this in elementary school and always wanted to give it a go! After making it the first time I would have put a little less fat in and ground the dry meat into a finer texture. I would have then used just enough fat to bind all the fine pieces of jerky/drymeat into a bar. Either way though It was fun. I can see why this would have been used as a high energy bar back in the day. Fat=energy Berries=nutrients and sugar.
