This is a demonstration of an emerging processing technique called colorized SHO. It is for narrowband data so this vid includes some narrowband prep steps in Siril. But rather than combining channels with pixelmath we will colorize & combine in GIMP. You may wish to use the table of contents to find sections that interest you. I also have a section on producing color stars from narrowband data. There are some compromises. The masking makes the sky background black so some artificial offset should be added. The point of this is to deliver extra punch to SHO data, where the colors are entirely artistic anyways.
