These TMNT Mutatin Leo figures started in 1992, and several versions were released after that. TMNT Mutations toys are great to collect! These amazing TMNT transforming figures are fun to collect for toy collectors everywhere! From an investment perspective, however, the value of these figures does not appreciate that much, unfortunately.
