Spam is one of my now favourite store cupboard ingredients. A once reviled canned pork product that I only used for fishing, has become a kitchen staple for me. So I am going back into the store cupboard again this week, and making a simple delicious spam hash. The beauty of this spam hash, is you can switch it up however you like. Swap out the spices? Add different veggies?
