Utica, New York 9% 7.2 as a beer. A quality beer with a boozy affect and decent complexity. 7.5 as a pumpkin beer. A lot of beers have a different taste depending on what I have eaten beforehand but this one is very consistent in having the typical autumnal mix of cinnamon, pumpkin, etc. and also a heavy caramel note and an almost dry mold aftertaste. While that sounds like a catastrophic element, I think it's just a combination of the alcohol, syrupy sweetness and breadiness playing tricks with my tongue.
