Drip some on the joints and wiggle them until they are lose. When they are realy tight use a hairdryer to warm up the wax/gunk that is blocking the free movment of the joints. So warm the machine up, drop some petroleum/diesel on the joint. Then wiggle/move the parts interlocking in the joint and then oil them properly. Thats it. BTW: Do that outside! Warm petroleum smells like the devilsass! Why is wax/resin/gunk there man?! Because to store unsold machines, they did spray and drop a rust inhibitor wax on the machine and in the joints. Als die Maschinen verkauft wurden sollten die Verkäufer das Harz entfernen und die Maschine ölen. Das wurde sehr oft nicht gemacht. So nun kennen Sie die Ursache der verklemmten Lager/ Mechanik. Die Lösung das Harz aus den Lagern zu entfernen sind Wärme und Lösemittel wie Waschbenzin Orangenterpenten oder Diesel. Die Methode um das Harz zu entfernen ist einfach. Wärmen sie die verklebten Maschinenteile mit einem Fön und das auuserhalb des Wohnraumes, sonst stinkt es brutal und ihre Gesellschaft wird sie verfluchen. Draussen die Maschine gut erwärmen, nicht kochen, aber gute 40°C dann geben Sie das gewählte Lösemittel z.Bspl. orangenterpenten das stinkt nicht wie diesel, in die Mechanik. Eine Spritze hilft hierbei. Wärmen sie alles gut für 5 min. Dann geben Sie Nähmaschinenöl in die Mechanik. Als Nähmaschinenöl können Sie Parafinöl verwenden. Oder Weisses medizinalöl. Es gehen auch Hydrauliköl. Was nicht in eine Nähmaschine gehört ist WD40. Das ist primär Petrolether das ist kein Schmierstoff sondern ein Lösemittel. Maschinenteile müssen geschmiert werden mit ölen oder fett. Ein Lösemittel schmiert nicht es verdünnt schmierstoffe um sie einfacher zu verteilen aber wie geschrieben Petrolether ist ein Lösemittel. Wenn Sie die Gelenke geschmiert haben bewegen sie so lange bis sie reibungslos funktionieren. Das wars. Frohes Nähen.
