This video discusses the major branches of the femoral artery such as the lateral and medial femoral circumflex arteries, the descending genicular artery, and deep femoral artery. There are two major nerves in the thigh, the femoral nerve, which innervates many of the thigh muscles, and the sciatic nerve, which also innervates some muscles of the thigh, in addition to most of the leg and foot.
