Pulled directly from a stream on Facebook Used are a 2020 fender Mary Kaye American Original Stratocaster & Epiphone Les Paul Standard Pro II I hear folks unaware of essentially having 3 amps in one so I wanted to make a video showing the value of these features. I know my guitar fell out of tune as soon as I did a bend 🤷 Hope this info will benefit you in your purchases and your tone in the future. As for the untapped gain and needing to use a boost, most people who play lead have some form of clean boost on their board. There was also a hint of extra gain coming from my NYLE comp/preamp pedal but it sounded sooo good I can't be angry at it. If you're using single coils, you'll need a clean boost to get to the extra hair and girth found in the double channel setup. I've since switched out both amps for a Mesa Boogie Mark 5: 25 Combo and it is the answer to every need I've had as a guitarist. I can go direct, I can get clean and dirty as well as everything in between, and it's tube fx loop and reverb really save the day.
