Kate Bennett is the Director of Marketing for HBS MBA Admissions, overseeing outreach/events, digital marketing, candidate pipeline programs, and yield, as well as serving on the evaluation board. Kate holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where she was a Baker Scholar and an M.Ed. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education where she was a Zuckerman Fellow. Prior to joining HBS as a staff member, Kate spent her career in management consulting at Bain & Company and The Bridgespan Group. While client facing, Kate worked on projects spanning strategy, M&A, performance improvement and post merger integration. Outside of work, Kate serves on the Board of Strong Women, Strong Girls and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, ages 4 and 7. Katie Kelsall - As a first generation college student, navigating the financial aid system and paying for college were both significant challenges. I ultimately decided to turn my personal struggle with finance into an opportunity to help and educate others. My primary goal is to increase access to higher education by providing students with the information and funding they need to be successful.
