See how to change the tires on an ATV in this video from Partzilla.com. We’re working with a Can-Am Outlander here, and this is part of a project to get this machine ready for the swamp. That means going with some larger tires and a deep tread pattern. In this video, we’ll start by removing the bead lock, the valve stem, and the tire. To do this, we’re using a Beadbuster bead breaker tool that helps a ton on this job. These wheels were a little beat up, so they’re getting some new paint and we have red on the bead locks to match the new color scheme we’re going with on this unit. With the tires off and everything painted, we’ll drop in a new valve stem and then mount the new tires on our ATV wheels. Then, we’ll get the bead lock in place. This is a bit of a trick: there’s a specific torque sequence you need to follow to get the bead lock down, and we’ll show you exactly how to do it.
