Engaged to be Married in a Helicopter over Philadelphia

In October 2018, Vertivue helicopter charters helped a young man named Dominic pull off a dreamy surprise marriage proposal to his girlfriend Daphne. To Daphne's surprise, I landed Vertivue's Enstrom 480B turbine helicopter at Dominic's house and offered the couple an aerial tour of Philadelphia. After a stunning sunset ride to the city, Dominic got on his knees and popped the question as we circled the magical lighted skyscrapers with their favorite music playing. I had all the camera systems rolling to capture the moment, both inside and outside the helicopter. Congratulations Dom and Daph on your aerial engagement! In 30 years of piloting, this stands out as one of my favorite missions. Enjoy.
