Begin by tuning into your breath and gently arriving in this moment, grounding your attention in the flow of breathing. Hold the intention of Single Focus and Inner Clarity, as if stepping back into a quieter space within or above the mind. Bring awareness to the forehead region and internally clear away any mental cobwebs, offering them to the light or the universe. Let your attention travel inward to the center of the head, opening this space to silence, light, and calm. Allow this clarity to spread through the body, gently releasing old loops, patterns, and entanglements. From this deeper vantage point, observe any context or situation simply as it is—without judgment—and look for the light within it. Rest in this single-pointed awareness, breathing peace and calm into the body, mind, and energy field. When ready, offer the practice to the Divine and return to your breath, your surroundings, and gently open your eyes. Do sit in a place where you can be with yourself. Relax and spend this time for your own inner work.
