Now marinate vegetables with ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, green chillies, mint leaves, brown onions, salt, curd, lemon and mix it well. Transfer this to the biryani pan and add some oil and mix it again. For Rice In a large pot of boiling water add oil, whole garam masala, salt and mix it. Then add soaked basmati rice and cook for 8-9 minutes. Once the rice is 80% done strain and layer it on the vegetables. Top it with mint leaves, saffron water, rose essence, Kewra water and seal the lid tightly. Cook on high flame for 5 minutes then on low flame for 5 minutes. Switch off and rest for 5 minutes.
