A special thanks goes out to my Patrons Mathijs van Bree, Lepsy McSaxon, Brian Krahe, Owen, Ryan Dunagan, KibaWusker, Symetrique Groupe, Kaloyan Yanev, Evan_, Simon Philipp and Ryan York for supporting me with the ''Give me some credit'' tier or higher on Patreon! / bananabass This past summer the Aviations lads and me got play a memorable show in New York that was linked with our drummer James' wedding. It is one of the most emotional and memorable shows I've ever played with James' speech on stage talking about his wife, our band and life in general and it also being the first show back playing with AV in a while. As much as I've loved touring intensively with Monuments, playing a prog show ''for fun'' at a wedding instead of it being a work day has really put me back in touch with why I play music to begin with. I think it's a reminder I really needed. Blink is one of the songs I enjoyed preparing for and playing the most during that show. It's only fitting that it would be the first playthrough I create in our new house. Keeping it cosy and such. Since I spend a lot of time at work these days I haven't been as prolific in the music department as of late and I think I'm still trying to find my feet trying to juggle my newfound working life and my life as a musician now that I'm not on the road. Doing both is something I feel strongly about and don't want give up any time soon, so I'm certainly not going anywhere! If you're still reading this I want to thank you for checking out what I do every once in a while, it means the world to me and I hope to be able to continue to create stuff you enjoy for a long time, whether that's new music or live performances. Anyway, here's Wonderwall. Color grade + pre and end roll by Sam Harchik #Dingwall #prog #bass
