It originates in the Sankambeng Range in the southern part of the province and flows for about 230 kilometers before it merges with the Chao Phraya River in Nakhon Sawan province. The Sakae Krang River is an important source of water for the people of Uthai Thani. The river supports agriculture in the region, and many farmers rely on it to irrigate their crops. The river is also used for transportation, with boats and rafts carrying goods and people up and down the river. In addition to its practical uses, the Sakae Krang River is also a popular destination for tourists visiting Uthai Thani.
