Sparkles flew in the air as the afternoon wore on in the lawns of JMS World School today. CBSE Cluster XIX Volleyball Girls 2024 was held with gallons of exuberance and vivacity. The fervour in the premises of JMS World School were synonymous with the hustle and bustle of a jam-packed stadium with more than 900 indefatigable girls , numerous revered dignitaries and staid guests . The Chairman Mr Rakesh Singhal and Managing Director of the school Dr. Ayush Singhal along with the School Secretary Dr. Rohan Singhal and Principal Dr. Nidhi Malik extended a warm welcome to the chief guests , Cabinet Minister Mr Sunil Sharma , State Spokesperson Avnish Tyagi with joined hands and token of love . The set of dignitaries included CBSE Observer Sunil Kumar, Technical Deligate Reema Thakur. All were warmly welcomed. The Cabinet Minister showcased the epitome of liberation and hope by freeing a pigeon in the air and commenced the Grand Opening Ceremony as the balloons flew up and colored the sky bright and lustrous. Soon music perfumed fun in the air with a splendid dance performance. The students showcased the legends of Mahabharata through a heartfelt performance and added an another beautiful feather to the cap. Thumps on the drum echoed in the air as all the participants with their heads held high walked in the proud March Past holding their school's flag with nonpareil awe. Dr. Nidhi Malik, Principal wished all the players heartiest wishes and put light on the fact that winning and losing are the quintessential part of any competition. Participating is way more important than any victory and avowed the matches to commence.
